I am excited and thankful to be able to start this journey of self care. Today i will start by waking my organs up with a bottle of water and go on a run.

What am I thankful for today ?
1. I didn’t act on my impulses
2. I got up early and did my rising routine
3. I’m combating my negative thoughts w/ positive affirmations
I feel annoyed and disrespected and my ego is hurt because the Old me Would of went off and scrubbed the ground with who ever disrespected me So the Fact that I aidit i guess on one side im proud of myself for Not reverting back to the olds
TodAy in proud that!
1) I Reterned to my Affirmation to Feel better
2 in remaining calm
2) Ill be working out
3 IlI be doing yoga
Tomorrow I hope
1) to feel better about the situation
2) continue my affirmations
