I disconnect from social media a lot sometimes. It’s like you get so wrapped up in what others are doing, and you start comparing your life to theirs.

Beautiful Monday all I love a good social media break. I use it for networking purposes for my startup business and sometimes entertainment it’s necessary as the way of social media can become a distraction and heavy on mental health. I hope you all have an amazing Monday

I’ve never done yoga before but I’ve always wanted to try it. I definitely need to stretch more.
